Houthi Missile Bases Relocated to Civilian Areas Near Sana'a, Iranian Experts Reportedly Present

Houthi rebels have relocated missile bases to civilian areas west and north of Sana'a, raising significant safety concerns among residents. Security sources report the presence of Iranian experts overseeing the operation.

According to two security sources speaking to Khaba News Agency, the Houthi militia has moved missile bases to the Arteleh area west of the capital, Sana'a, and to Hamdan in the north. This action has sparked apprehension among the local population regarding the potential dangers of deploying these bases near inhabited zones.

The sources further indicated that the militia has imposed stringent security measures around the newly established sites, deploying armed personnel and vehicles for protection. Concurrently, residents, particularly children, have been prevented from approaching these locations.

Individuals believed to be affiliated with Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps were observed at the sites where the missile bases were transferred. Their presence coincided with heightened security and restrictions on civilian access to these areas, according to the sources.

The relocation of missile bases to the vicinity of residential areas places civilians at potential risk, especially as the militia continues to utilize populated areas and civilian infrastructure for military purposes, the sources added.
