Yemeni Government Forces Advance East of Al-Hazm, Severing Houthi Supply Lines

Yemeni government forces have sustained a significant territorial advance for the third consecutive day in the eastern sectors of Al-Hazm, located in Al-Jawf Governorate, successfully disrupting critical Houthi supply routes following intense combat.

A military source confirmed to the Armed Forces Media Center that government troops have secured several strategic positions, including Al-Mutahfat, Al-Masariya, and the high ground adjacent to Al-Farayed, north of Al-Labnat Al-Ulya. The operation further resulted in the capture of approximately 20 kilometers of earthworks and trenches, extending from Al-Dahida through Al-Sa'ara to areas in proximity to Bir Al-Maraziq, east of Al-Hazm city.

The military official stated that these territorial gains have effectively severed the Houthi militia's supply lines in the eastern fronts of the city. The militia reportedly sustained heavy losses in both personnel and equipment, with several fighters captured or neutralized during the engagements.

Concurrent with the ground offensive, coalition aircraft conducted targeted airstrikes against Houthi concentrations and defensive positions. According to the military source, these air operations resulted in the destruction of multiple combat vehicles and the deaths of the militants stationed within them.

The escalation marks a significant shift in the operational landscape east of Al-Hazm, as government forces continue to expand their control over strategic positions, further pressuring the militia's presence in the region.
